Thanks for checking out my place! My name is Chris. I was born and raised in Chicago but Florida has always been my second home. I love working with my hands, and I‘m proud to say I did a lot of the remodel on this house myself. I have also worked on cars for years, one of my favorite projects I’ve ever owned is my 1987 Buick Grand National.

My dogs Duncan and Addie always travel with me. You’ll notice their photo in the house, they’re always looking out for the place for me.
